Review methodology

KakoBuy PandaBuy Desk

1. Define the record

Identify the product, seller listing, selected variant and size, agent and relevant dates. For a historical haul, state when the records were created and whether the provider information is still current. Do not present an old order as evidence that an agent currently accepts orders.

2. Examine warehouse QC photos

Record the photo source and date. Compare visible colour, print placement, stitching and packaging with the listing. State where lighting, image resolution or missing views prevent a conclusion. Request a missing angle when it matters; a QC image cannot establish every material property.

3. Document the parcel stages

Where tracking or order records exist, distinguish checkout, warehouse receipt, QC release, carrier handover and delivery. State the time zone and the source of each timestamp. A single parcel is a dated observation, not a promised delivery time or a typical service average.

4. Inspect arrival condition

For a parcel actually received, identify the inspection date and record visible packaging or item damage. Include photographs and any measured weight or dimensions with the equipment and units used. If the item has not been received, mark arrival-condition conclusions unavailable.

5. Compare the same item

Match arrival photographs and measurements to the selected item and its warehouse QC record. For apparel, specify the flat-measurement method and garment size. For footwear, distinguish insole or outsole measurements from a person's fit experience. Attribute observations to their source.

6. Describe any use trial

A wash, wear or walk result requires the actual procedure, duration, conditions and observations. Report those details only when a trial was performed and documented. Explain what the trial can and cannot show.

7. Explain costs and scores

Keep estimates separate from invoices. Identify currency, date, included charges and missing charges before calculating a parcel total; explain any allocation of shared freight to an individual item. A product score and an agent-service judgement answer different questions. Publish an X / 5 score only with stated criteria and supporting evidence, allow the full 1-5 range, and explain any half-point rounding. Otherwise publish the findings without a numerical rating.

8. Record changes

A changed listing, new shipment or new inspection is a separate observation. Preserve the relevant source date and identify material changes to earlier conclusions. Claim a retest only when the new procedure and results are documented.
